More often known as "Kay", is the owner and principal broker. She is a former school teacher who has lived on Lana`i for 50 years. Kay's husband, Roy, is a retired fireman who was born and raised on Lana`i. Kay is very active in community affairs. Currently she is president of the Lānaʻi Community Association, an organization that supports youth activities on the island, as well as other worthwhile projects.
 
Their three children were born and schooled on Lana`i. After high school all left home to go to college and start careers in other states. Kay can be reached at (808) 559-0200 or by email at [email protected].
