Meet Valerie Hubin R (S)

Valerie is a Lāna‘i native with deep roots in the island community and a strong background in business operations. After graduating in 1979, she built a successful off-island career in fast-paced, detail-driven environments, gaining experience that now translates seamlessly into real estate.

Her professional background includes co-founding a computerized embroidery business, managing one of Hawai‘i’s largest t-shirt printing operations, and helping businesses modernize through CRM implementation and paperless systems. This experience gives Valerie a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a calm, solutions-focused approach for her clients.

In 2020, Valerie returned home to Lāna‘i and became actively involved with the Lāna‘i Community Association, supporting local events and community initiatives. Licensed in real estate in 2024, she is committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate the Lāna‘i real estate market with professionalism, local insight, and genuine care, ensuring every client feels comfortable and at home throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, Valerie enjoys playing Mahjong and card games with friends, going to the movies, and spending time with her silky terrier fur babies, Leo and Puna.
