Elsie's journey began in the Philippines. Being born as the daughter of Filipino farmers who managed to further her education to achieve an accounting degree, she learned that with perseverance, anything is possible. In 2011, she migrated to the island of Lana'i together with her husband Jose "Jojo" Baltero, Jr., and their three children. She quickly fell in love with the culture and everything that Lānaʻi had to offer. They decided to buy their first house in 2013. From bank teller to a licensed security officer, Elsie was excited to start a new career in the Real Estate Industry to help people find their dream property.
